A workshop on high-stakes pitching and storytelling for WIFA, led by Case Everaert of Black Isle Global and moderated by Isabelle, teaching participants how to structure a TEDTalk-worthy pitch using pyramid storytelling techniques. It reflects Isabelle's focus on equipping professionals with the communication discipline needed to land senior roles and high-stakes mandates.

A personal branding event, conceptualised and delivered by Isabelle in partnership with branding coach Nerice Gietel, drew a full house. Isabelle also presented on how difficult, high-pressure situations, such as leading the Mauritius branch divestiture, can become genuine brand-building moments, drawing on her own experience coaching affected employees through CV rebuilding and interview preparation during the closure. Citi hosted the official launch of WIFA's Mentor-Mentee Programme, introduced by Isabelle, Career Development Co-Chair, who outlined a structured cross-industry initiative for mentors and mentees. The event featured a keynote on mentorship best practice from executive coach Tracy Ho, and a panel from across global banking, exploring how mentors from diverse backgrounds function as a personal 'Board of Directors' for career growth. It marked the start of a programme Isabelle would go on to help lead and grow over the following two years.
